The vendor/landlord is required to provide a description in images for marketing purposes and to carry out your own viewings. You will also be required to carry out negotiation unless you take our progression pack which can be added to any package as an extra.
We will contact you via text message or email (which ever you specify). You will be sent contact details for the prospective tenant/buyer and you can arrange a viewing with them. We vet all prospective tenants/buyers prior to sending you any details.
Yes we do, this can be added at a cost of £100. We carry out very in depth checks
You can simply send your Property Manager an email and the advertisements will be simply removed.
Yes you require an energy performance certificate to rent or sell your property. We ideally require this prior to advertising your property. We can however advertise your property for up to 28 days if you have commissioned an EPC. If you however fail to commission an EPC within 28 days your advertisement will be removed and you will not receive a refund of the amount paid.
