*Are there any hidden costs?

No – all our fees are transparent and listed on our websites. You can add extras if required but you are not obliged to.

*What if I sell/ rent my property prior to the expiry of my package?

We just ask for you to advise us of this and all advertisements will be removed. We are unable to refund any money paid if the full 3 months advertisement is not required.

*How long will you advertise my property/business for?

This is mainly based on the package you pick. For rentals we offer a monthly option so for example if your advert goes live on the 24th of January your advert will run until 23rd February. This is similar for our quarterly packages as well. If you go for the option ‘until sold’, this will run until we receive confirmation from you that the property/business is no longer available for a maximum of 12 months from the date the advertisement went live.

*How do I pay monthly?

We do not set up monthly direct debits.  You need to pay in advance to keep your adverts live. You can pay on our website, over the phone using a card or a bank transfer.

*How do I provide rental or sales figures for my property/business?

Your dedicated Property Manager can help you to determine figures.

*What is required from the property/business owner?

The property/business owner is required to provide a description in images for marketing purposes and to carry out your own viewings. You will also be required to carry out negotiation unless you take our progression pack which can be added to any package as an extra.

*How will you let me know if there has been an enquiry for my property?

We will contact you via text message or email (which ever you specify). You will be sent contact details for the prospective tenant/buyer and you can arrange a viewing with them. We vet all prospective tenants/buyers prior to sending you any details.

*Do you offer tenant referencing?

Yes we do, this can be added as an extra. There is no charge to the landlord of the property. This is charged to the prospective tenant.

*How do I tell you if my property/business is no longer available?

You can simply send your Property Manager an email and the advertisements will be simply removed.

*Do I require an energy performance certificate (EPC)?

Yes you require an energy performance certificate to rent or sell a commercial property.  We ideally require this prior to advertising your property. We can however advertise your property for up to 28 days if you have commissioned an EPC. If you however fail to commission an EPC within 28 days your advertisement will be removed and you will not receive a refund of the amount paid.

*What areas do you cover?

We can advertise all commercial properties throughout England and Wales.

*What type of properties do you advertise?

We will advertise all commercial properties.

Can I advertise more than one unit in the same building on one listing?

No each unit must have its own listing, we are able to offer discounts for multiple listings.
